Congratulations to New York Jiu-Jitsu Competition Team
Major congrats go out to all who competed at todays Long Island Pride no-gi tournament. Particular recognition is deserved to the following individuals who medaled in their divisions:

It takes a lot of balls to step out on the mats and everyone who put's their ass on the line, no matter if they win or lose, deserves congratulations.
